Re: problem with 1Ds mark 3 memory card. In reply to Ds88 • Mar 31, 2016. SDXC cards not compatible with 1Ds Mark III You need an SDHC card. If you have no other use for the SDXC card you can format it on a PC as FAT32 and then format in camera. Capacity will be 32GB max.
The Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III is a DSLR camera launched on 08/18/2008. Technically speaking, the Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III ranks in the average of its category, scoring 48 overall. The Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III weights 1385 gr and spans 150 x 160 x 80 mm. This means that it is one of the largest and heaviest cameras within its category.
Testing for this review was performed with the Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III and Canon EOS-1D Mark IV DSLRs, but this is a great lens for any Canon EOS DSLR. I consider the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM Lens to be the second most important lens in my kit with the first being a more general purpose lens in Xwi7.
